BELLA VISTA POA TRAFALGER FIRE SITE
The following major activities were completed today or are underway by the Bella Vista Property Owners Association, pursuant to the May 3, 2019 Settlement Agreement:
- Revised and finalized the Air Monitoring, Noise Monitoring, and Hazard Communication Plan
- Revised and finalized the Phase I Remedial Action Plan
- Prepared for mobilization to the Site, starting May 15, 2019
- Submitted necessary permit applications to ADEQ to start construction
This work has been completed in accordance with the requirements of the Settlement Agreement.
