I closed on my home 2/3 mile from fire from out of state…. no my realtor did NOT disclose nor did the sellers! That’s my fight but I’m willing to help others that are affected by this!
So sorry to hear you weren’t told. They are working on the solution now and hopefully soon we will be back to our beautiful Bella Vista. We have been here since 1994. It’s a beautiful, safe wonderful place to raise a family and retire. Our community has banded together to help each other in times like this. Welcome
On Feb. 6, I filed a lawsuit against CCI, BVPOA and Blue Mountain Storage because they are responsible for putting hazardous materials in the dump site that is on fire today. They should be the ones to pay for the damage they have caused.
